Our Employment Outreach Coordinator works with local area businesses that are willing to become certified as a Community Hiring Partner to employ women who have successfully completed our ReIntegr8 program.  Community Hiring Partners are local area business owners who have been trained as a recovery friendly business through Solutions Oriented Addiction Response (SOAR).  This training helps employers understand the importance of reintegration, recovery conducive employment, and acceptance back into society of women in recovery. 

 

Post-employment, the Employment Outreach Coordinator will assist Community Hiring Partners with the coaching and accountability of roles and responsibilities expected of ReIntegr8 graduates.
