Pollen8 has spent the last several years building community partnerships.  We use a “communitarian” approach which is comprised of the idea that if a member of a community does not succeed, there are multiple contributing factors which holds the entire community responsible.  Therefore, to heal that member, it takes the entire community’s contribution. 

 

With this in mind, we have partnered with local municipality, schools, banks, churches, and area business owners to create a collaboration for community-wide healing and collective participation in the successful recovery and reintegration of those of our community members who have fallen through the cracks.
