Renov8 is a program that provides safe and sober living housing for participants in our ReIntegr8 program. 

 

The program will provide training for individuals who are interested in construction as a trade.  In the Renov8 program, they can also learn hands-on skills such as construction, welding, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and flooring.

 

Through this program, apartment complexes throughout the Charleston area will be purchased for renovation and upon completion, ReIntegr8 participants will be allowed to live there during Chapter 3.  During this chapter, women will be supported in reunification with their children.

 

The other aspect of this program includes the purchasing of dilapidated, low-income housing in the Charleston area which will  be renovated  and ReIntegr8 program graduates will have the first opportunity to purchase the housing for below market pricing to help them begin their new life journey.
